About Christopher Bright
Chris has two decades of endurance coaching experience, guiding runners and multisport athletes to a variety of starting lines, including the Ironman 70.3 World Championship, the Triathlon World Championships, the Boston Marathon, Badwater 135, the local turkey trot, and the hometown sprint triathlon. Specialties: time management, goal setting, and the integration of strength and mobility work. Skills: USA Track and Field Certification, Levels 1 and 2. · USA Triathlon Certification, Level 1.
Chris played a variety of sports throughout his childhood. Primarily a wrestler through his high school and college years, Chris ran for conditioning, but did not discover multisport until the age of 29. Now some 25 years later, Chris has accumulated a wealth of competitive multisport experience, competing in over 70 triathlons, and representing Team USA at the Triathlon World Championships on two occasions. Chris has also coached a variety of middle and high school sports, primarily cross country, wrestling, and track for the past 25 years.
